Phase 1
Your responses to these initial questions will be shared with a team of evaluators, which includes BSAP staff and a representative from your school (a professor or program coordinator).
Phase 2
You will be contacted directly by a BSAP staff member for the next steps. Phase 2 of the application involves answering short and long-form questions in a separate questionnaire which will also be shared with the evaluators. Based on the strength of the applications, the evaluators will select two finalists from each participating school.
Phase 3
The two finalists will be expected to give a short presentation to a panel of judges, who will select the winning Baxter Student Ambassador from each school. The presentation topics will be selected and assigned by the sponsors and Baxter Media staff.

May 2026 – Winners announced in special BSAP issue of Travel Courier magazine
