They [the students] were all amazing and so great to hear the passion and enthusiasm from each of them. On behalf of Trees4Travel I want to thank Baxter for this opportunity and to meet some rising stars!

I think investing in the education and development of students pursuing careers in the Tourism & Travel industry is essential to ensure a sustainable and successful future for the industry. We need passionate people who love the industry as the tourism industry is a vital part of our local, national, and global economy.

Baxter Student Ambassadors 2026
As the Baxter Student Ambassador Program (BSAP) enters its 12th year, it continues to play an important role in supporting and developing emerging talent in Canada’s travel and tourism industry. Each year, one student from every participating school is selected to represent their institution through a competitive application process, which includes a written submission and a live presentation evaluated by a panel of industry judges.
2026 marks a pivotal year for the program, with several key updates aimed at strengthening its impact and expanding its reach. Most notably, BSAP has launched a fully refreshed website designed to welcome incoming applicants, celebrate our past ambassadors and serve as a central hub where young professionals can access industry information and highlight their accomplishments (baxterambassadors.com).
