Air Canada Named Top Employer for Young People in Canada for Third Year

Air Canada has been named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People 2026 for the third year in a row, recognizing its commitment to supporting the next generation of aviation professionals.

The airline offers paid internships, work-integrated learning opportunities, and professional development programs for students from universities across Canada, welcoming over 100 interns last year. Students also benefit from online training, language courses, DEI workshops, and career preparation sessions, as well as a buddy system to help new professionals integrate into the company.

Air Canada engages young employees throughout the year with networking events, career orientations, and on-site experiences at its training center, museum, and hangar, providing hands-on insight into various career paths.
