Submit your application during the application period. Your application will include:

  • Responses to essay-style questions
  • Your current résumé
  • Any additional required supporting materials

Applications are evaluated based on the strength of your submission, academic achievement, and overall fit for the Baxter Student Ambassador Program.

February 24, 2027- Finalists Selected.

Two finalists from each participating school will be selected based on the quality of their application, academic performance, and demonstrated potential as future leaders in the travel and tourism industry.

APR

March- April, 2027- Finalist Presentations.

Selected finalists will be invited to deliver a short presentation to a panel of judges. Presentation topics will be assigned by Baxter Media and the program sponsors. Following the presentations, one Baxter Student Ambassador will be selected from each participating school.

MAY

May, 2027- Winner Announcement!

Successful ambassadors will be officially announced in the Baxter Student Ambassador Program Special Edition of Travel Courier, introducing them to the Canadian travel and tourism industry.
