Baxter Media exhibited at the Centennial College career fair in late October, spreading the word about the Baxter Student Ambassador Program’s career-building opportunities. The event revealed tremendous talent among the students—our future colleagues—and we look forward to working with them during this year’s BSAP and beyond.
To acknowledge the travel industry’s bright future, as represented by these students, as well as the steady regrowth in travel post-pandemic, you will find the words “celebrating momentum” tucked under the logo at the top of Baxter Media’s flagship website, travelpress.com.
The tagline also serves as a commitment to the continued revitalization of the travel industry and its workforce. With this in mind, BSAP maintains the goal of supporting post-secondary students as they launch their careers. This year, we are partnering with 19 colleges and universities across Canada—our largest reach to date.
Applications are currently open for the 2025 edition of BSAP, and will remain open until February 12. After two finalists are selected from the applicant pool at each school, they will present on an assigned topic before a panel of judges who will score their presentation. The winning Baxter Ambassador from each school will receive a career-enhancing prize package that includes bursary funds, a hand-selected mentor, networking opportunities and more.
