The Culinary Tourism Alliance in partnership with Parks Canada has released an expression of interest call for Indigenous chefs to participate in this year’s The Great Taste of Canada Experience.

The Great Taste of Canada Experience is an annual event that celebrates Indigenous food, history and culture through immersive dining experiences. This year’s event will take place on November 29, 2025 in Niagara-on-the-Lake. 

Featured chefs will put together a culinary experience for nearly 60 guests, highlighting storytelling and cultural appreciation through culinary artistry.
