Jenni Berg, Director of Sales and National Accounts at TTC Tour Brands, gave BSAP some insight into the company’s new graduate and co-op hiring opportunities, plus their award-winning corporate culture.

The Travel Corporation’s founding principle is “driven by service.” How do your employees embody this value day-to-day?

At TTC Tour Brands we are one global team with a shared passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences that make a real and positive difference. We’re leading the way in responsible travel, unique rich local experiences and are dedicated to ensuring travel is both easy and enjoyable. Through our People, Purpose and Passion our “driven by service” principle is woven through all we do, whether it is supporting our partners, assisting our travellers and over course delivering the best experiences for travellers in destination!

TTC Tour Brands regularly hires new graduates, interns and co-op students. Can you tell us about the roles that are available?

At TTC Tour Brands, we’re thrilled to welcome fresh talent to our team—recently celebrated as one of Waterstone’s 2024 Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures!

For new graduates, we offer exciting roles as Customer Service Representatives in our Contact Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable skills while delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.

For co-op students, we provide placements in both our Contact Centre and IT department, with roles that support key areas such as cybersecurity and data center operations. These positions offer hands-on experience and the chance to build a strong foundation for a successful career.

If interested, students can apply directly through our recruitment portal: Travelcorp Careers Portal.

How long are the co-op placements and in what terms are they available?

Our co-op placements are designed with flexibility in mind, offering durations of 4, 8, or 12 months to fit a variety of schedules. We’re thrilled to share that our spring co-op placements are already filled (congratulations to those joining us!), and we’ll soon be hiring for summer placements. It’s an exciting time to start your journey with TTC!

Are there any perks that TTC employees can look forward to?

Absolutely! At TTC, we love rewarding our team with amazing perks. New graduates can enjoy a $1,630 annual travel credit, two weeks to work from anywhere in the world, and two paid workdays each year to volunteer for causes close to their hearts—all while supporting our mission to MAKE TRAVEL MATTER®. The annual travel credit increases the longer a staff member is employed. To support professional growth, employees also receive $3,000 annually to invest in courses or programs that enhance their skills and further their careers. It’s all part of creating a supportive and inspiring work environment!

What’s one thing any prospective TTC employee should know about the hiring process or becoming a staff member?

TTC Tour Brands staff members tend to stay, many have been with the company for over 20 years! It is a great environment that encourages growth and movement within the many positions and Travel Brands, even between our offices around the world!
