Earlier this month, Tourism HR Canada launched the Tourism Workplace Accessibility Clinic to promote inclusive hiring and employment in the tourism sector.
The program will provide training, recruitment support, accessibility consulting, workplace adjustment advisory services and expert guidance to ensure employers are ready to attract diverse talent and successfully address accessibility needs. Businesses will benefit from reaching a wider talent pool, which strengthens their workforce and more diverse perspectives in the workplace.
Government of Canada funding makes participation in the program free of cost for employers.
