Filled with original content, the issue will focus on how the industry is supporting the next generation of travel professionals by profiling sponsors and their efforts to help aspiring students and it will also include an extended classifieds section for job seekers.

Plus, we’ll introduce the Baxter Student Ambassadors of 2016 to the industry with a profile of winning students from each participating school, Humber College, Sheridan College, Ryerson University, Algonquin College, Confederation College, Fanshawe College, and Mohawk College.

Each of this year’s seven winning Ambassadors will receive a once-in-a-lifetime travel prize for two from one of our amazing sponsors and an 8-week internship at Sandals in St. Lucia.

In addition, winning students will be invited to attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

The Baxter Student Ambassador Program (BSAP) is the only mentoring program of it’s kind in Canada, offering learning and networking opportunities for aspiring travel industry professionals.

Based on a combination of academic success, industry involvement, and leadership skills, one participant from each school will be designated as the Baxter Student Ambassador.

Winning ambassadors will be announced at a special networking event on May 4 at the Chelsea Hotel in Toronto.
